About Bellaire Restoration
A Houston restoration company that starts most days with water and ends most jobs with a rebuild.
Built on Houston Water Losses
Houston gets heavy rain, tropical storms and long stretches of humidity, and any of them can push water through a roof, up through a slab or into a wall cavity. Add burst supply lines and failed water heaters, and water damage is the job this company handles more than any other.
That is why Bellaire Restoration exists. Beckett Fischer started it in 2011 after his first job in the trade, hauling out soaked carpet and setting drying equipment on a Houston water loss crew. Most days still begin the same way: water extraction, structural drying and dehumidification, done quickly so mold doesn’t get a foothold.
The work did not stop at water. The company also handles mold remediation, fire and smoke damage cleanup, soot and odor removal, and storm damage repair, and when the drying is finished, the crew rebuilds what had to come out: drywall, insulation, flooring and trim.

When someone calls Bellaire Restoration, Beckett asks what happened, when it happened, and whether water or smoke is still spreading. He also asks which rooms are affected.
On site he checks moisture behind walls and under floors before anything is pulled out, then explains what can be dried and what has to go. Homeowners still get a full walk-through of the damage before work begins.

Every Step Explained Before It Happens
Damage restoration asks people to let a crew cut into their walls. Nobody should agree to that blind. The walk-through comes first, with the moisture readings in hand: which wet materials can be dried in place, which have to come out, and why.
As the job moves from tear-out to drying to rebuild, the reasons stay the same ones you heard on day one. The damage is documented with photos and moisture readings and the records are kept organized, which matters when an insurance claim is open and an adjuster wants to see what was wet and how it was dried.
The stages, the safety rules and the permits that can apply in Texas are set out in how a restoration job runs, from the first call to the last piece of trim.
