Privacy Notice
Updated November 2026
Who we are: Bellaire Restoration, a business located in Houston, Texas.
What this covers: this site, the calls you make to us and the e-mails between us.
You give us your contact and job details; we use them to respond and to do the work.
There are no advertising or analytics cookies here.
Your rights include access, correction, deletion and an opt-out from sale or sharing.
Purposes
Bellaire Restoration uses what you send for the job at hand: replying, scheduling, doing the work and following up. The same information supports the records every business keeps, the protection of this website and meeting legal obligations.
Data we receive
Anything you enter in the online form comes to us: name, phone number and e-mail address, the job location (street address or ZIP code) when the form has room for it, and your description of what needs doing. We also receive what you say in a call and what you write or attach in an e-mail. The site also leaves some technical traces: each time a page is requested, the host’s servers register the visitor’s IP address and browser, along with the page and the time. The records are kept for security and to keep the site running.
Website chat
A conversation in the chat is stored with some details of the visit: the page it began on, the website that led you here, your approximate location judged from your internet address, your device and browser type, and a random code your browser holds so your chats can be told apart. What is saved includes your messages and anything you enter, from your name, e-mail and phone number to the details of the job. An automated assistant may answer it, with the providers that run the chat processing your messages to compose the replies. The purpose is to answer you, help with booking the work and improve the chat.
Cookies and site statistics
This website has no advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting provider may place one strictly necessary cookie that protects the site against abuse, and it may tally visits without cookies, which produces anonymous totals of the pages people open.
Service providers and partners
Bellaire Restoration relies on outside providers to run the website, the e-mail and the request handling, and they process information while running those services. Service partners who help us reply or carry out the job receive what the job calls for. We can also disclose information if a law requires it or to protect rights or safety.
Storage period
We don’t keep anything forever. As soon as your information is no longer needed for your request, the work, our records or applicable law, we delete it.
Your privacy rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by phone or by e-mail. To protect you, we may ask for something that confirms the request really comes from you. Whatever you ask, you’ll be treated the same as anyone else.
Sale and sharing opt-out
One privacy right has its own page: the opt-out. Several states allow residents to opt out of the selling or sharing of their personal information, as each state’s law defines selling and sharing, and the Your Privacy Choices page explains how it works.
Safeguards
Bellaire Restoration takes reasonable precautions to keep information safe from loss, misuse and prying eyes. Systems can fail, though, and no one can guarantee perfect security.
Children under 13
We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13, and bellairerestoration.com isn’t directed to them.
Changes
Changes to this notice will be posted here with a new date above, so the latest version is always the one you see.
