Your Privacy Choices

Who it applies to

If you live in California or one of the other states with a similar privacy law, you have the right to opt out of any selling or sharing of your personal information. Those laws decide what counts as a sale and what counts as sharing.

Submitting a request

Send an e-mail to contact@bellairerestoration.com with the words “Opt-out request” or call (281) 984-6097 and ask for the same thing. Give us your name together with the number or e-mail you used to reach us, so that we can find your records. You don’t need an account, and it costs nothing.

Next steps

We’ll tell you once your request arrives and put it into effect within the legal time limit. For that, we may ask a question or two to find your records, and nothing more.

Requests by an agent

Requests from authorized agents are accepted when the agent holds a signed authorization from the person.

GPC

Turning on Global Privacy Control in a browser that supports it is another way to opt out. Where applicable law calls for it, we take that signal as your request to opt out for that browser.

Non-discrimination

Using this right costs you nothing. Our prices and our service are the same whether or not you opt out.
